En la ficha de cada producto puedes encontrar la información detallada sobre la composición y el origen de la prenda.

Stola es una marca española. Todas nuestras prendas se producen en España, apostando por la fabricación local y los tejidos de calidad.

Seleccionamos materiales que se adaptan al movimiento del cuerpo y acompañan tanto en el día a día como en ocasiones especiales.

Cuidado de las prendas

Para conservar tus prendas en buen estado, te recomendamos seguir siempre las indicaciones específicas que encontrarás en la etiqueta y en la ficha de cada producto.

Recomendaciones generales

La mayoría de nuestras prendas requieren un cuidado delicado:

  • Lavado a mano o a baja temperatura
  • Planchado suave a baja temperatura
  • Evitar el uso de secadora

En prendas con tejidos especiales o detalles como botones, recomendamos prestar especial atención durante el lavado y el planchado.

Aun así, cada prenda puede requerir un cuidado específico en función de su tejido y confección.

On each product page, you can also see the size worn by the model as a reference.

Returns and Exchanges

How to make an exchange

We offer size exchanges subject to availability.

If you wish to make an exchange, you can write to us at info@stola.es indicating your order number and the size you need.

Once we confirm the availability of the new size, we will inform you of the next steps to complete the exchange.

Additional information

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of request.

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to facilitate the exchange process.

Cómo hacer una devolución

Puedes solicitar una devolución en un plazo de 14 días desde la recepción del pedido.

Para que la devolución sea aceptada, la prenda debe estar en perfecto estado, sin usar y con todas sus etiquetas.

Para iniciar el proceso, puedes escribirnos a info@stola.es indicando tu número de pedido.

Los gastos de envío de la devolución corren a cargo del cliente.

Información adicional

Te recomendamos probar las prendas con cuidado y conservar el embalaje original hasta estar segura de tu compra.

Shipping and Deliveries

Shipping Times

Domestic shipments have a delivery time of 48 to 72 hours from the time the order is dispatched.

For international orders, the delivery time may vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process based on the destination.

You will be able to see the exact amount before completing your order.

What is preorder

When a product is available for preorder, it means it is not yet in stock but you can reserve it in advance.

The product page indicates the date from which we start shipping. From that moment, the shipping and delivery process is the same as for any other order.

Preorder items have the same exchange and return policy as other items.

MÉTODOS DE PAGO

Ofrecemos distintos métodos de pago seguros para que puedas elegir el que mejor se adapte a ti.

  • Tarjeta de débito o crédito: Puedes realizar tu compra utilizando tarjeta de débito o crédito. Aceptamos las principales tarjetas como Visa, Mastercard y American Express.
  • Apple Pay y Google Pay: Si utilizas dispositivos compatibles, puedes completar tu compra fácilmente con Apple Pay o Google Pay.

Our virtual gift card is the perfect gift for any occasion.

It is sent by email and can be used to purchase any Stola product.

 

How it works

Upon purchase, you will receive a unique code that you can enter during the checkout process.

The card amount will be automatically deducted from the order total.

The gift card does not expire and can be used in one or multiple purchases until its balance is depleted.
