Refund policy
Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive your order damaged or with an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@stola.es, attaching a photo of the issue.
We will review the case and offer a solution as soon as possible.
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges subject to availability. If you would like to request an exchange, please email us at info@stola.es including your order number and the size you need.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically through the original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
